We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To do this contact us directly at hello@hotboxseasauna.com. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hotboxseasauna.com. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Please note, we can not always guarantee that we will have the same size previously ordered in stock.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
